Amy started dancing at the age of three at Chez Dance Studio. She graduated high school as a member of the senior dance company. During her years as a company member, Amy performed at many events. Some included the Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios in Florida. She also attended the annual Tremaine Convention and Competition in New York City.

While attending the University of Delaware for four years, Amy pursued her love of dance and became a member of the University’s Dance Team. She performed at every home basketball game and attended the National College Dance Competition each January. During her senior year at Delaware, Amy was part of the 2005 Hip Hop National Championship Team.
